Good pool area.
Nice swimming pool area and the hotel itself is a little tucked away from the centre so felt quite peaceful.
Unfortunately we had a rather lumpy bed and pillows and we were disappointed with the breakfast options/ quality of the food considering the cost of the stay.

What was the highlight of Portezuelo Hotel Salta
(Almost) Wonderful
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and the bed was enormous and comfortable. Peace and quiet, excellent for a relaxing time (at least in this period (end of June). Nice breakfast options. Didn't use the pool but it and the area looked excellent.
Room and tile floor were very cold, heating didn't work so well (radiator and AC). Had to ask for a portable heater and that worked out. No disposable slippers provided although we should have brought our own. Had lunch one day in the hotel. Price/quantity was below what we expected (very small portions). We ordered the shrimp salad (Portezuelo salad). Came with miniscule shrimp. For this level of kitchen/restaurant would expect better (sorry to say).
